Lian Verdeflor is a Filipino American artist based in Southern California. Her work focuses on the multifaceted nature of identity and the struggle to manifest self within a hyper-technological world. Verdeflor formally expresses their ideas and discoveries through a multidisciplinary practice— sculpture, installation, digital/traditional drawing and painting, animation, video montage, and sound.

 

A recent graduate from the University of California, Riverside with a dual B.A. in Art (Studio) and Education, Lian continues to navigate her journey as an artist and hopes to inspire others along the way.

Their work has been exhibited through out Southern California in the Phyllis Gill Gallery, the Sweeney Art Gallery, and Art Produce.
